Contact Form 7 2.4

Contact Form 7 2.4 is now available. This update contains many improvements, bug fixes, and security enhancement, so upgrading to this version as soon as possible is recommended.

Changelog

1. Moved PO files to the external branch. They were space-consuming and enlarging the plugin package. (Read readme.txt in the languages folder for details.)
2. Added an option for size attribute of <input type="file">. (Answer to this topic on the support forum)
3. Added acceptance_as_validation additional setting. This setting allows you to use the acceptance checkbox as an object of validation. (Answer to this topic on the support forum)
4. Added watermark support to text, email, and textarea tags.
5. Use the latest jQuery Form plugin (v2.47) instead of the old one (v2.02) which WordPress bundles.
