Contact Form 7 2.4.5. It includes some bug fixes and translation updates.

1. Fixed the bug that makes it not accept the “0” value as a watermark.
2. Fixed too much normalization to form-tag shortcode with content.
3. Fixed wrong regexp pattern for form-tag shortcode with content.
4. Check $_POST of checkboxes and select menus to avoid warnings.
5. Use proper action hook for enqueueing scripts: wp_enqueue_scripts and admin_enqueue_scripts.
6. The bundled jquery.form has been updated to 2.72.
7. Translations for Czech (Tomas Vesely) has been updated.
