Contact Form 7 2.4.6. It includes some bug fixes and translation updates.

1. Fixed the bug that didn’t accept ‘0’ as a valid value of the drop-down menu.
2. Fixed the incorrect shortcode regexp blocking use of multiline content of textarea.
3. Updated jquery.form.js to 2.83.
4. Translations for Vietnamese (Khang Minh), Brazilian Portuguese (Caciano Gabriel Batista), Traditional Chinese (James Wu), Bahasa Indonesia (Belajar Seo Indonesia), German (Ivan Graf), and Hungarian (Farkas Győző) have been updated.
